Terre Exotique’s cinnamon sticks bring a fragrant sweetness to mulled wine, poached pears and pilaf rice. Cinnamon sticks are formed once the bark of the cinnamon tree is dried, first in the shade, then the sun. These Ceylon cinnamon sticks are excellent for both sweet and savoury recipes.

Infuse the cinnamon stick in milk and cream to make a gently spiced custard, use when making beef rendang curries, or grate a little over pear tarts.

This 250g bag is ideal for professional kitchens – the cinnamon sticks come in opaque packaging, protecting them from light and preserving the fresh flavour, while the flat base makes it easy to store.

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.
