Garlic semolina is also known as garlic powder. It’s deeply aromatic with the rich, warm flavour of garlic. It’s a great way to flavour dishes when you don’t have fresh garlic to hand. Is this your first time buying from us?

With no need to peel or mince a clove, you can season dishes in an instant. Garlic powder can be added directly to soups, stews and sauces. Add a generous pinch to minestrone or tomato sauce.

Mix garlic powder with olive oil and herbs to marinate meat and fish. It adds great flavour to salad dressings and breadcrumbs for chicken Kiev.

For a speedy supper, melt butter in a pan and add garlic semolina. Then, fry fresh prawns until they turn pink. Add a squeeze of lemon and serve with crusty bread.
