Description

Terre Exotique’s harissa is a spicy hot Tunisian paste for couscous salads, tagines and steamed fish. Made from ground chilli peppers, cumin, coriander, garlic and salt, this spice mix is combined with olive oil and tomatoes to create a fiery paste - spread over lamb or salmon as a marinade, stir a little through roasted tomatoes and toss through giant couscous, or add to hummus for a punchy mezze dip. 

Alternatively, use harissa paste as you would tomato ketchup for topping juicy beef burgers, or mix the paste with a little oil and spread over flatbreads. Or you can try Chicken with Prunes, Potatoes, Cauliflower and Harissa.

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.
