Terre Exotique’s Paella spice blend is a mix of garlic, pimenton and saffron. The striking dark red colour adds drama to the dish, and distinctive ochre hue once cooked along with your rice, chicken and choice of seafood or even snails. Add the blend to the pan with your rice and stock, so the grains absorb as much flavour as possible.

The coarse-textured spice blend also works well as a rub for chicken before roasting whole, or for seasoning drumsticks and wings before roasting.
