Terre Exotique Red Chilli Puree with Lime, 100g

Description

Fire up fajitas and grilled shrimp with Terre Exotique red chilli purée. The hot, zesty flavours are fantastic in marinades and salad dressings. Mix it with neutral oil to brush over meat and fish before barbecuing. 

Made in Senegal, the purée combines the heat of red chilli with the tang of lime. It’s spicy and refreshing in equal measure. You can serve it as a condiment or add it to dips and sauces. We like to add a splash to chunky salsas with mango and red onion.

Swirl this fiery purée through mayonnaise or sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips and raw veggies for dipping. You can also drizzle it over tacos or spread it on sandwiches.

Before opening, store at room temperature. After opening, store in a cool place for up to six months.
