Thiccc Sauce Meat Candy is a sweet and smoky Texas BBQ sauce. Use it to marinade ribs and brisket before they hit the grill. It’s also delicious on air-fried chicken wings.
This BBQ sauce gets its sweetness from tomato paste and brown sugar. There’s subtle tang from apple cider vinegar and a hint of smoke from chipotle chillies. A splash of soy sauce and Henderson’s Relish rounds out the sweet-savoury flavour.
Inspired by Texas BBQ, this sauce is a game changer for grilled meat. It caramelises as it cooks, creating a sweet, sticky glaze. It’s great on chicken thighs or tossed with pulled pork.
Despite the name, Meat Candy is a vegan friendly sauce. Plant-based pals can drizzle it on veggie burgers and cauliflower wings at your next barbecue.
