Three Spirit selects ingredients for their flavour and calming properties. This spirit is infused with soothing lemon balm, sleep-inducing valerian and hops. Maple syrup and vanilla add notes of mellow sweetness, while ginger and black pepper deliver subtle heat.

Suggested serve: Pour 50ml of The Nightcap over ice and add a few dashes of bitters. Garnish with an orange slice.
