Description

Vegetarian fish sauce – or nuoc mam chay – is a ready-to-use dipping sauce to accompany Vietnamese meals. This sweet and salty sauce has a vinegary tang.

Serve in a dipping bowl with vegetarian spring rolls or stir fried vegetables. Add lime juice, finely chopped red chilli and minced garlic to customise the nuoc mam chay to your tastes.
