Venison Pate with Pedro Ximenez Wine, 110g

Description

This venison pâté is flavoured with pork liver, fried onions and mushrooms. It has a rich, savoury flavour with sweet, fruity notes from famed Pedro Ximenez sherry.

Serve this pâté on crostini, toast points or crunchy bread. It’s a great addition to charcuterie boards and grazing platters.

This smooth, meaty pâté is a tasty filling for sandwiches and baked mushrooms.

Cornichons and small pickled onions will cut through the richness of the pâté. You can also serve it with a green salad with a tangy vinaigrette dressing. 

Ingredients: Deer stew (30,6%) (cooking water, deer meat (38%)), pork liver, pork bacon, fried onion (onion, olive oil, salt), cultivated mushrooms (pleurotus ostreatus), sugars, skimmed milk powder, pedro ximénez wine (1,8%), extra virgin olive oil (1,5%), salt, pea fiber, egg powder, garlic, cornstarch, aromas, spices, aromatic plants.
