Description

Sesame paste is a common ingredient in Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Use it to make  salad dressings or add it to stir-fry sauces.

Made from toasted sesame seeds, the paste has a nutty, savoury flavour. 

Use sesame paste to make a dressing for cabbage salads or bang bang chicken. It’s delicious with cold noodles and roasted aubergine.

Gently mix the sesame paste with the oil in the container before using, otherwise the paste would be too thick to apply,

Sesame paste is also great with chicken. For a quick marinade, mix sesame paste with soy sauce, garlic, Shaoxing wine and sesame oil.
