Forged from a single piece of premium WÜSTHOF steel in Solingen, Germany, this knife embodies unparalleled durability and precision, promising exceptional performance with every slice.

The Ikon series is renowned for its ergonomic handles, meticulously crafted from sustainably grown African Blackwood. With a double bolster ensuring optimal weight distribution, this knife offers a comfortable, secure grip and precise control, making it a staple for both professional chefs and home cooks alike.

Whether you're slicing through crusty baguettes or soft brioche, the Wusthof Ikon Bread Knife, with its balanced design and full tang construction, delivers superior strength and stability, transforming your bread-cutting tasks into a seamless culinary experience.

Invest in the Wusthof Ikon Bread Knife and discover the epitome of German engineering and timeless design—a knife that transcends utility to become an indispensable companion in the kitchen.

What makes the Wusthof Ikon different from the Classic Ikon?
Where the Classic Ikon has a black plastic handle, the Ikon range has a more luxurious handle made from African Blackwood. Known for it's dark brown colours, it is also a very dense wood and water resistant, making it very durable, and excellent to use as a knife handle.

Care Instructions:

  • Hand wash in warm, soapy water and dry immediately.

  • Regularly oil the wooden handle with food-safe oil to maintain its beauty and durability.

  • Not dishwasher safe. Avoid cleaners containing citrus or bleach to protect the handle.
