What makes the Wusthof Ikon different from the Classic Ikon?
Where the Classic Ikon has a black plastic handle, the Ikon range has a more luxurious handle made from African Blackwood. Known for it's dark brown colours, it is also a very dense wood and water resistant, making it very durable, and excellent to use as a knife handle.
