YinSi Rice Vermicelli, 300g

Description

YinSi rice vermicelli are made from two ingredients: rice and water. The fine noodles can be served hot or cold in soups, salads and stir fries.

To cook the noodles, boil in water for 4-5 minutes. You can then add them to Asian broths or toss with vegetables and a spicy dressing. The noodles are transparent once cooked and will soak up the flavours of your soup or sauce.
