Korean Bulgogi Recipe
-
Easy
Bulgogi is marinated thinly sliced beef, typically cooked over an open flame in Korea. It literally means “fire meat” and it’s great for birthdays and parties. The beef takes in the subtle flavors of the soy sauce, garlic, green onion, and a bit of sugar. Bulgogi is traditionally eaten with rice, but it’s also great with bread and makes a lovely sandwich with your favourite vegetables.
