Strawberry Milk Bubble Tea

For a refreshing summer drink try this strawberry bubble tea! Made with a strawberry puree base and topped with strawberry popping boba - it'll satisfy any strawberry craving. You could even try blending the strawberries with the milk and a little cream for more of a milkshake texture. Ingredients for Strawberry Bubble Tea Serves: 2
- 5g loose black tea leaves (preferably Assam) or 2 black tea bags
- 450ml Hot water
- 150ml Milk
- 130g Strawberry popping boba
- 200g Strawberries
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Ice
- Extra Wide Straws For Boba
Make The Bubble Tea
- Steep the tea in the hot water and leave to cool (until lukewarm is fine). If using tea bags, remove them before the next step.
- Chop the strawberries and add the sugar. Blend together to make a puree.
- Pour the strawberry puree into the glass over some ice, and add the black tea.
- Top it up with milk and add in some syrup from the popping boba to sweeten to your liking.
- Add in your popping boba and chopped fruit
- Stick in your boba straw and enjoy!
