Carolina's love for food runs deep—rooted in her multicultural upbringing in Athens, a city where culinary traditions are as vibrant as its streets. Though she later moved to the UK to study Media and Cultural Studies at Sussex University, followed by an MA in Arts Administration and Curating at Goldsmiths College, the lure of the kitchen was irresistible.

In 2005, she traded museum halls for bustling kitchens, turning her passion into a career that spans cooking, food writing, research, culinary production, food styling, and journalism—all centered around her one true love: food. Back in Athens, Carolina finds endless inspiration in the city’s ever-evolving gastronomic landscape. Her favorite pastime? Wandering through its neighborhoods, uncovering the culinary gems hidden in their streets.
