Michael Zee

Michael Zee, creator of SymmetryBreakfast and featured in major publications, explores Chinese breakfasts in his third book, Zao Fan: Breakfast of China. British-Chinese and influenced by years in Shanghai and his parents' restaurants, he makes Chinese cooking accessible. His previous works include SymmetryBreakfast: Cook Love Share and Eat Like a Local: Shanghai. He resides in Italy with his husband.
