Description

Use Alpenzu’s vegetable pasta sauce straight from the jar to make a rich beef ragù or vegetarian lasagne. Alpenzu sauté the vegetables with the pulp of sun-ripened tomatoes, then slow-cook the sauce to preserve the flavour and aroma of the courgettes, peppers, carrots and aubergines. Simply toss the sauce through spaghetti, layer over lasagne sheets and top with a cheese sauce, or combine with roasted aubergine to make the Sicilian classic, pasta alla norma.
