With Alpenzu’s vol-au-vent cases, you can create mouth-watering canapés for cocktail parties and family gatherings. Ready to be filled with your favourite ingredients, the bite-sized appetisers will add a fun, retro vibe to any occasion.

Fill the delicate puff pastry cases with Alpenzu’s cheese fondue or pan-fried mushrooms in a garlic cream sauce. Experiment with classic British fillings like prawn cocktail, coronation chicken or egg mayonnaise. For something more modern, fill the vol-au-vents with beetroot and goat’s cheese mousse or pea purée topped with smoked salmon.

To prepare your vol-au-vents, preheat your oven to 190° and place them on a baking tray or baking paper. Cook for about 10 minutes and then add your chosen fillings. Fillings can also be added before baking to warm through while the vol-au-vents bake.

Each box contains 12 vol-au-vent cases. Must be cooked before serving.
