Deco Relief Cherry Red Velvet Spray, 400ml

Description

The Cherry Red velvet spray is ideal for coating patisserie work with a layer of vibrant edible colour. They create a velvet sheen of solid colour to give a professional and flawless finish to any dessert – from chocolate bombes to rich tortes and ganaches.

We recommend waiting at least one hour before consuming any food coloured with this product, to allow it to dry thoroughly.

Ideal for professional pastry kitchens or home use. 

Ingredients: Cocoa butter, colouring: E172, E120, propellant: (E943a n-butane, E944 propane, E943b iso-butane). 

Allergy advice: May contain traces of Soya lecithin. 

Storage: Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50C/122 F.

The velvet effect is obtained when the spray is at least 2 hours at room temperature and very well shaken before use. This way, cocoa butter and colouring will fuse and the optimal colour will be sprayed. Velvet sprays are to be used on creations previously placed in the freezer.
