Dikotylon giant beans of Feneos (commonly known as butter beans) are a nourishing addition to soups, stews and savoury bakes. Grown in the mountainous valley of Feneos, Greece, the rich land and soil conditions add character to this legume. Local, small-scale farmers sow, dry and clean the beans by hand to produce the best crop possible. 

Traditionally, these creamy giant beans are cooked with olive oil and vegetables to create fasolada – a typical Greek dish. You can also bake these beans in a rich tomato sauce, blitz into a soup, or serve with roasted peppers for a summer salad.
