Description

This garlic dumpling sauce is the ultimate dip for wontons, xiaolongbao and gyoza. Created specifically as a condiment for dumplings, this sauce blends soy with sugar, vinegar and sesame oil. The result is a mix of sour-sweet-umami flavours and an aromatic aroma. 

Serve this dumpling garlic sauce with potstickers – a type of pan-fried Chinese dumplings, or add a splash to stir-fried noodles and soups.
