Fiasconaro was founded in Castelbuono, Sicily in 1953 by Mario Fiasconaro. Mario started out as an ice-cream maker and pastry chef, and his first great masterpieces were mountains of profiteroles. His three sons, Fausto, Nicola and Martino, began learning the art of pastry when they were children. Today, the three brothers still lead the company. Nicola is the production manager and an award-winning pastry chef. You’ll taste his expertise in every bite of Fiasconaro’s luxurious panettones and torrone.

Panettone: Soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, chocolate drops (12%) (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), fresh barn eggs (11%), fresh barn egg yolk (5.5%), natural yeast (soft wheat flour, yeast), hazelnut paste (2.5%) Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, powdered skimmed milk, salt, flavourings, vanilla.

Coffee spread:  Sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower oil, cocoa butter, safflower),
skimmed milk powder, whey powder (milk), coffee bean (4,1%), hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), instant coffee (2,1%), whey protein (milk), emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavourings.
