Flying Goose sriracha tikka combines the cult hot sauce with tomato and spices. This twist on the Thai classic is sweet, fiery and gently spiced - drizzle over tandoor chicken and grilled paneer.
Serve this sriracha sauce as you would the classic flavour – with seafood dishes, Vietnamese pork banh mi and Chinese steamed buns, or drizzle over fried rice, breakfast eggs, or chicken noodle stir fries.
Flying Goose has earned a cult following. The sauces have a high chilli content, and use fresh chillies grown in Thailand.
