Hashi Cooking Chopsticks, 33cm

Description

This two-pair set of Japanese cooking chopsticks are used for food preparation rather than dining. At 33cm, the sticks are longer and thicker than usual chopsticks. Long chopsticks for cooking are called hashi or saibashi.  

Made from bamboo, they don’t conduct heat, and allow chefs to handle hot food with one hand while steaming and deep frying.
