CopperBond pans feature a 100% copper core for fast, even heating. Copper pans are favoured by chefs for their excellent conductivity and temperature control. The core is protected by five layers of 18/10 stainless steel.
Hestan skillets have 20% more surface area than traditional frying pans. They’re designed for superior searing, browning and caramelisation. You can use them on all stovetops, including induction.
