Hestan Culinary background
Hestan cookware combines outstanding culinary performance with innovative designs and materials. CEO Stanley Cheng, cookware engineer and inventor, has been foundational in the cookware industry for 50 years.
In addition to pioneering non-stick cookware in the 1970s, he also invented the flat bottom wok and popularised the tempered glass lid.
The Hestan team designs and develops their cookware in Southern California.
