Description
Fill the Kurai sushi platter with maki rolls and salmon nigiri. Serve your sushi with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger. Let the sake flow as you enjoy an authentic Japanese meal.
Kurai means ‘dark’ in Japanese - a nod to the platter’s moody colour scheme. The pattern is reminiscent of watercolours or marble in shades of brown and beige. Made in Japan, the platter has a traditional shiny glaze.
The platter can also be used to serve sashimi and small appetisers. Fill it with chicken gyoza or tempura prawns to share with friends.
