Kurai Sushi Serving Set
Description
Use the Kurai sushi serving set to create an authentic Japanese dining experience. Kurai means ‘dark’ in Japanese - a reference to the moody colours used to decorate the set. The pattern is reminiscent of watercolours or marble in shades of brown and cream.
Made in Japan, each set includes:
- 2 x rectangular serving plates
- 2 x small sauce dishes
- 2 x wooden chopsticks
Present homemade or store-bought sushi on the elegant serving plates. Place pickled ginger and wasabi in one corner, as they do in Japan. Fill the smaller dishes with soy sauce for dipping.
The plates can also be used to serve gyoza, tempura or spring rolls.
