Description
Nitrous oxide cream whipper chargers can be used with the Mosa Master Whipper and Thermo Whipper. These clever kitchen gadgets are used to aerate cream, foams and purées.
The box contains 10 chargers filled with 8g of pure nitrous oxide (NO2). The capsules are made from recyclable steel with a zinc chrome coating to prevent rust.
The chargers are easy to install using the instructions provided. Each charger can whip up to 0.5 litres of liquid. This more than doubles its volume - for example, 0.5 litres of cream makes approximately 1.5 litres of whipped cream.
