The Poon’s London Signature Sauce Collection contains:

  • Chilli Vinegar Dressing (250ml) - This dressing is a twist on the Shanghainese ‘red oil’ wonton sauce. It pairs dried red chilli with tangy black vinegar. Serve it as a dip for dim sum or drizzle over steamed fish. It’s sharp, spicy and totally addictive.
  • Extraordinary Chilli Oil (125g) - This fiery condiment is made with rapeseed oil, chillies and salted black beans. It adds heat and umami to all kinds of Asian dishes. Add it to fried rice and noodle dishes. It’s also fantastic in a cheese toastie!
  • Premium First Extract Soy Sauce (250ml) - Poon’s soy sauce is pressed once and fermented in earthenware jars. Glossy and deeply savoury, it’s one of the finest soy sauces we’ve tasted. You can use it for cooking, dipping, marinades and more. Serve it in small bowls with sushi and dumplings.
  • WO Sauce (130g) - This award-winning sauce is Poon’s version of Chinese XO sauce. It’s made with umami-rich ingredients like dried shrimp, garlic and wind-dried bacon. Serve it with grilled meats, fried eggs and noodle salads. You can also loosen it with soy sauce and rice vinegar to make a punchy dipping sauce.
