Description

These potato gnocchi dumplings are perfect for a quick Italian dinner, packed with flavour. Simply cook in boiling water, then serve with your choice of toppings or sauce. Think a rich tomato sauce, fried bacon and spinach, or creamy mushroom sauce.

How to cook potato gnocchi

Bring a large pan of salted water to boil, add Gnocchi. Strain as soon as they come to the surface, then drain and sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve hot.
