Description

Soya lecithin gives dressings and sauces a consistent texture and bread doughs a smooth, light texture. The verstalise ingredient can act as an emulsifier and texture improver, preventing the separation of oils and liquids.

This powder can also be added to sauces and soups to create a light foam.

Follow the below instructions for using soya lecithin:

  • Lecithin powder can be emulsified into liquid using a blender.
  • 5-9 grams per 1 litre of liquid.
