Description

Use takuan pickled radish to garnish bento boxes, or enjoy a few slices after a heavy meal to aid digestion. Large, round slices of daikon – or Japanese radish – are pickled in salt and sugar. This makes the radish slices crunchy and sweet, with a refreshing sourness that cuts through fatty meats or livens up plain rice.

Ingredients: Daikon mooli radish (91%), sugar, salt, water, vinegar, yeast extract.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
