Thiccc Sauce Bourbon BBQ Sriracha, 200ml

This Bourbon BBQ Sriracha sauce is handmade in small batches. It’s a collaboration between Thiccc Sauce, Honest Burgers and Maker’s Mark bourbon.

The sauce combines sriracha chilli sauce with bourbon-spiked BBQ sauce. It gets its moderate heat from fermented jalapeños and smoky chipotle chillies. The flavour is complex - sweet and spicy with a tangy finish.

Use bourbon BBQ sriracha sauce as a marinade for ribs and brisket. It’s delicious on chicken wings and veggie burgers, too. The sweet tang and chilli kick works well with pulled pork. Toss the meat in the sauce and pile into buns with pickles and coleslaw.

This unique BBQ sauce is a great gift for food lovers. The top of the bottle is dipped in red wax, just like Maker’s Mark bourbon bottles.
