Flavoured with soybean paste, cumin, sichuan pepper and red chilli, these noodles perfectly balance a rich umami base with the heat of chilli and sichuan pepper. 

These are perfect to satisfy a craving for comforting hot pot, or an instant and filling lunch. Each packet comes with wheat noodles, a sachet of sichuan-spiced soup base sauce and a sachet of chill paste
