Every single hard-to-find ingredient, piece of cookware and kitchen equipment, or cooking gift has been tasted by our team of flavour fanatics. If it isn't great then we don't list it. Only 1 in 10 make it.
Authenticity.
You'll find the same international food at Sous Chef as in an Italian Deli, or Japanese Supermarket. Even the world's best extra virgin olive oils. Not the version that's been produced to be similar - but isn't quite what you remember from that favourite holiday.
We only buy direct from trusted producers.
Every aspect of our suppliers' storage, production and distribution is checked by us. So that you know you'll always receive safe, high quality food. We do not allow third party resellers on the website.
