They cultivate 160 hectares of olive groves in Puglia, a region of southern Italy that is responsible for 40% of the country’s olive oil production. Using a combination of modern technology and generational wisdom, Olio Guglielmi produces a range of award-winning olive oils made with olive varieties native to the region.
