For this marmalade, Frantoi Cutrera selects the finest Tarocco blood oranges. Native to Sicily, the ruby-fleshed oranges are prized for their sweetness. They have a more delicate and less acidic flavour than other varieties.

Frantoi Cutrera adds cane sugar for mellow sweetness. Their marmalade is 100% natural and free from dyes and preservatives.

Use this marmalade in baked goods and cosy puddings. It adds citrus zing to thumbprint cookies and bread and butter pudding.
