Since 1605, the Giusti family has been producing Italy’s oldest balsamic vinegar, following a family recipe that’s remained the same since the start. With a focus on respect for tradition and a sustainable approach to production, the Giusti family has created some of the best-loved balsamics, not only in Italy, but across the world.
Based in the Modena countryside, Giusti still to this day age their balsamic vinegars in original casks, adding historic flavour characteristics to every bottle.
Ingredients: milk chocolate 40% (coca min. 31%, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin and sunflower lecithin, natural vanila flavour), dark chocolate 28% (cocoa min. 50%, cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla natural flavour), semi-skimmed milk, “Balsamic Vinegar of Modena” 6% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), sugar, vanilla aroma, dextrose, eggs, wheat flour, flavour.

Storage: Keep in a cool dry place at a temperature of no more than 20°C.
