Try it over warm pumpkin soup, or spoon it across roasted vegetables with feta. It is also very good with sliced avocado and toasted hazelnuts, where its green, nutty character has room to come through. With a smoke point of 190°C, this is a finishing oil or for lower heat cooking.

Good Phats began with a life-changing discovery. After a health scare in his forties, founder Tom Redwood started looking more closely at the fats we eat and cook with. What surprised him was how difficult it was to find high-quality cooking oils. So, together with friend Ben Calderhead, he launched Good Phats in 2024 to do something about it. From cold-pressed olive and avocado oils to rich, buttery ghee and beef tallow, every product is chosen for its quality, flavour and purpose in the kitchen.
