Napoleon Lavender Honey is a liquid monofloral honey made from the nectar of lavender blossoms in Provence, southern France. It has that clear floral smell you hope for from lavender honey, but the flavour is still very much honey first: golden, sweet, aromatic, and easy to use by the spoonful. Is this your first time buying from us?

We like this honey where you can actually taste it. Stir it into hot tea or a herbal infusion, drizzle it over thick yoghurt, or spoon it onto a soft cheese board with walnuts and figs. It also works well brushed over chicken or carrots near the end of roasting.

Miel Besacier is a French honey house, and pralines producer.

Founded in 1905, this family-run company has spent more than a century working with honey, bees, and beekeepers. Today it is led by David Besacier, who is also President of the French Honey Association. So this is not a brand that simply buys honey and puts a label on it. Honey is their world.

What we love about Miel Besacier is how close they stay to the source. They select honey directly from beekeepers, build long-term partnerships, and put a strong focus on traceability.

Miel Besacier has also spent more than 30 years focused on organic production and better beekeeping practices. Not every jar is automatically certified organic, so check the product title and label if that is important to you.
