About Pasticceria Fraccaro

Patsticceria Fraccaro founders Elena & Giovanni opened their first bakery in the Venetian lands of Castelfranco in 1982. Driven by a passion for the finest ingredients and artisan methods, before long their name became synonymous with some of the finest panettones, breads and cakes in Italy. This passion is alive and thriving today, as they still use the same traditional sourdough method in every cake and loaf. 

Ingredients: Wheat flour, dark chocolate chips 16% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithins, natural vanilla extract), vegetable margarine (oils: palm,
sunflower; water, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidity regulator: citric acid), cane sugar 12%, sourdough 8% (wheat), inverted sugar syrup, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, soy protein isolate, salt, barley malt, natural flavourings, vanilla extract from Madagascar.
