Payst Red Thai Curry Paste brings the cooking of Farang restaurant into your kitchen. Handmade weekly in London, it combines red chilli with lemongrass, galangal, garlic, shallot and warm spices. Fish sauce, anchovy paste and brown sugar add savoury depth and a rounded finish.

Fry the paste briefly until fragrant, then stir in coconut milk. Add chicken, prawns or vegetables and simmer until cooked. Finish with fresh herbs and lime, then bring the pan straight to the table with plenty of rice.

The brand was created by Sebby Holmes, head chef and founder of both Farang and Payst. Each sauce and paste draws on the Thai street food that inspires his cooking.
