Meet the maker: &Klevering

&Klevering began in Amsterdam in 1992, when founder Erik Kramer set out to bring more colour, creativity and fun into everyday homes. Inspired by nature, fashion and vintage design, the brand became known for its wonderfully quirky homewares, from colourful ceramics to playful table accessories. In 2023, two former employees, Berdien Righolt and Gerbrand van Nijendaal, took over the business, bringing fresh ideas while staying true to its Amsterdam roots.

Today, &Klevering continues to collaborate with talented designers and artists, creating pieces full of personality and unexpected details. We love &Klevering for its joyful use of colour, its wonderfully imaginative designs and its belief that everyday objects should be anything but ordinary.
