Baron Worcestershire Sauce, 155ml

Description

Baron Worcestershire sauce is a fermented condiment made with tamarind, tomato and molasses. The taste of this sauce is very distinct, with savoury, sweet and tangy notes. Worcestershire sauce was first created in the town of Worcester in 1835 by two chemists named Lea and Perrins.

The dark and tangy sauce is a key ingredient in the classic brunch cocktail, the Bloody Mary. Another popular use for Worcestershire sauce is as a marinade for meat and fish, or to give an umami boost to pies, casseroles and stews.
